Distinguished Service Award

Recognizing Achievements & Contributions by Women in the Mining Industry

The Distinguished Service Award (DSA) is awarded to members that have demonstrated leadership in alignment with the mission and goals of Women in Mining USA and is presented during the WIM USA Annual Meeting. The individual’s achievements may be in a particular area of service, including but not limited to membership solicitation, new Chapter formation, education, professionalism, public relations, financial, or legal.

  • Made a major contribution towards WIM USA.
  • Shows strong leadership skills and supports WIM USA programs and projects.
